The Crévoux Nordic area: a multi-activity site for all levels

From the hamlet of La Chalp, Nordic trails criss-cross the plateau and larch forest, in a remarkable, unspoilt natural setting. Under the sun of the Plateau de La Chalp, you'll find trails accessible to all levels, as well as a pedestrian itinerary that crosses to the bottom of the plateau and gives you a glimpse of the Razis waterfall, frozen in winter. At the entrance to the Plateau, you'll find a biathlon area with a permanent shooting range run by the ESF.

Beneath the forest, more challenging itineraries lead to the Cabane des Espagnols and the Pont du Réal, at an altitude of 1900m. From here, the Cébières itinerary crosses the entire forest for over 14km! A magnificent cross-country ski tour that's accessible to as many people as possible if you take your time...

From the Château sector , directly accessible from the downhill ski resort, you'll find a multi-sport area open to all, where you can practice Fat Bike (with supervision), as well as enjoy beautiful walks or snowshoe hikes with viewpoints overlooking the village of Crévoux and the hamlet of La Chalp. A snowshoe trail links the Alpine and Nordic areas via the Château sector. You'll regularly encounter powder-covered freeriders. They use this sector to reach the Alpine domain after memorable off-piste descents in the forest. All kinds of snow sports can be enjoyed in a friendly atmosphere at Le Château...

On the other side of the resort, opposite the hamlet of Praveyral, lies the Pracos loop, dedicated to dog-sledding but also open to hikers and snowshoers. It's a little-known area, away from the crowds, with a magnificent Nordic ambience in vast snowfields at the foot of the Méale forest.
